Changes and order cancellations

Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Each order is processed automatically and once confirmed it is unfortunately not possible to adjust any details. To purchase additional items, please place a new order.

If you no longer wish to keep your order you are welcome to return it after you have received it. For more information, please contact our customer service.

Order status and tracking

When your order has left our warehouse you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the carrier's website updates the tracking information.
