We offer delivery within the EU.

Orders are shipped with DHL. Shipping cost is calculated based on your delivery country and shown at checkout.

Stock items are normally shipped from our warehouse within 1–4 business days. Made-to-order items and certain furniture may have longer delivery times. The current estimated delivery time is shown on each product page.

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. For home delivery of larger goods, DHL will contact you to schedule a delivery day. For parcel shop deliveries, notification is sent via SMS, email or letter.

Please enter your name, address, phone number and email address carefully when ordering. Tambur Store is not responsible for delays or problems caused by incorrect details.

If a shipment is returned to us because it was not collected in time or due to incorrect contact or address details, a fee of 300 SEK including VAT applies.

The fee covers return shipping and administrative costs and is deducted from the refund when the return has arrived at Tambur Store and the order has been cancelled.
