Spatula Olive Wood

Spatula of olive wood: a type of wood with a great variety of grain and shape, giving each item a unique look. Harvested after the olive tree has stopped bearing fruit.

Olive wood is ideal to use in kitchen utensils because it is both hard and rich in natural fat. The frying pan smells lovely and can, after a period of use, be oiled with paraffin or olive oil to regain a darker luster, but handwash is recommended.

Some variation in pattern and color occurs.
