  • A practical and wonderfully rustic frying pan from Spanish Pallarès. The baking tray, or tinplate, is perfect for cooking in the oven, on the grill, over an open fire, or on the stove. Roast seasonal root vegetables in the oven, fry spicy sausages, grilled fish or chicken, bake buns. The tins also become a beautiful serving dish when, for example, they are picked directly from the oven to the middle of the table.

    Care instructions
The frying pans are made of carbon steel and over time get a wonderful patination. Keep in mind that carbon steel rusts and therefore must never be soaked. Scrape off between each use. Oil if necessary.

    History
Since the 17th century, knife making has been a tradition in Solsona, northern Spain. The company Pallarès was founded in 1917 but has been the last remaining legacy of famous knife makers in Solsona since the '90s. Brothers Lluís and Carles Pallarès Canal quickly became known for their happy mood and sharp knives. From the 1960s, until the third generation took over in the early 21st century, the company was run by Lluís children, Jesús and Juli Pallarès Moncunill.
