Rimini Vergine Olive Oil

Rimini is organic olive oil extracted from the olive varieties Correggiolo and Frantoio. The varieties are similar but Correggiolo ripens more slowly and reaches full maturity later than Frantoio.

The oil has a peppery taste which makes it perfect to have on the dining table and is preferably enjoyed raw.

Use it for salads, drizzle it over a piece of meat or fish, or mix it with a few drops of Gridelli Aceto Balsamico Nero and enjoy with freshly baked bread.
