Lamp Shade Cono Ivory

The Cono lampshade is upholstered in the fabric Torno from Swedish Astrid Textiles. With its classic conical shape, Cono has a timeless expression that suits many different environments and styles. Each shade is handmade in a studio outside Eskilstuna, where the craft tradition of lampshades dates back to the 1940s.

Torno is an exclusive fabric woven in Italy from wool and linen bouclé. The fabric is jacquard-woven with a linen warp, giving a beautiful structure and a lively expression. The tightly twisted mohair yarn creates small loops in the weave that contribute to the fabric's characteristic texture and subtle retro feel. Astrid Textiles is known for its carefully developed textiles where quality, durability and craftsmanship are central.

Cono is available in eight carefully selected colours, making it easy to find a shade that suits your home and personal style.

The lampshade is mounted directly on the light source using a clip and fits standard E27 light sources. For the best light, we recommend an LED light source with a warm colour temperature. LED lamps are energy-efficient, gentle on the material and provide pleasant light without creating shadows in the shade.
