A versatile Santoku knife of 165 mm, adapted for everyday use - for slicing, chopping and mincing.
The knife has a clean, geometric shape with a handle in bio-based resin, partly produced from vegetable waste.
The blade has a steel core hardened to 62 HRC, which provides good sharpness and durability over time. The balance point is slightly in front of the handle and provides a natural grip and good control in use. The surface is lightly sandblasted and complemented by an engraved nomi logo.

Grooming Always use with a firm grip and only for food preparation.
Use a wooden or plastic cutting board. Hard surfaces such as glass, marble or ceramics can damage the edge.
Wash by hand only. Strong cleaning agents and prolonged contact with water can cause rust.Wipe immediately with a soft cloth.
Store the knife safely in a knife block, a protective drawer insert or on a magnetic knife strip. Avoid storing knives loosely in drawers, as this can make them dull. A dull knife increases the risk of slipping and causing injury.
