Storage Jar Cornflower

Hand-painted stoneware storage jar from Ceramika Artystyczna in Bolesławiec, Poland, the smaller of two sizes. The lid has a dark blue knob and rests against a blue band, and the cornflower sprigs are painted by hand with blue flowers on green stems. No jar therefore turns out quite like the next.

A good size for spices, tea or jam, and it holds less than the large jar in the same pattern.
