Fico Verde Balsamico

Gridelli Condimento al Fico Verde: an organic balsamic vinegar with organic green figs, made of grapes from Emilia-Romagna. Consists of 96 % Aceto Balsamico di Modena and 4 % infusion of green figs and natural aromas.

This balsamic vinegar has a fruity and fresh taste reminiscent of beautiful days in Italy. Suitable for dripping over the salad, but is especially suitable for cheese, such as a salad with goat cheese, or the cheese plate.
