  • A 220 mm bread knife, designed for clean and precise cuts through bread with a hard crust, softer loaves and tomatoes.

    The knife has a clean, geometric shape with a handle in bio-based resin, partly produced from vegetable waste.

    The blade has a steel core hardened to 62 HRC, which provides long-lasting sharpness and durability over time. The deep serrations give the knife its distinct, geometric expression and make it particularly suitable for precise cuts without pressing the raw material.

    The surface is lightly sandblasted and complemented by an engraved logo.

    Care Always use with a firm grip and only for food preparation.

    Use a wooden or plastic cutting board. Hard surfaces such as glass, marble or ceramics can damage the edge.

    Wash by hand only. Strong cleaning agents and prolonged contact with water can cause rust.

    Dry immediately with a soft cloth.

    Store the knife safely in a knife block, a protective drawer insert or on a magnetic knife strip.

    Avoid storing knives loosely in drawers, as this can dull them. A dull knife increases the risk of slipping and causing injury.
