Return & refund policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with Tambur. Below you will find how to return an item, the terms that apply and how refunds are handled.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for stock items. The item must be returned in unopened packaging and in essentially unchanged condition.
How to return
Please contact us at kundservice@tamburstore.se and include your order number and information about the item(s) you wish to return, and we will help you with the return. You can also start a return from your order page after looking up your order under Register return.
Return shipping
Returns can be made free of charge in our store at Folkungagatan 85, Stockholm.
For smaller items delivered via DHL Service Point and returned by post, the return shipping cost is 195 SEK. For items delivered via Home Delivery, you are responsible for returning the item to our warehouse.
Exemptions from the right of withdrawal
Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as special orders, made-to-measure items or products made to order.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase. Any return shipping cost or fee as stated above will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Claims and transport damage
Always check your items for any damage when you receive the delivery. Visible damage must be noted on the carrier's waybill when you sign for the shipment.
If you discover hidden damage after unpacking, please contact us as soon as possible at kundservice@tamburstore.se. If your claim is approved, we will replace the item with an identical product or refund the cost of the item.
